Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fi99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the fi99 platform accessible at https://fi99.io.
• "Platform" refers to the fi99 website, all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, APIs, and any other services provided under the fi99 brand.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fi99 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player on the fi99 Platform, accessible via the fi99 Login page.
• "Balance" refers to the total BDT funds held in a Player's fi99 Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds where clearly distinguished.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit amount awarded to a Player under a fi99 promotional offer, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, and any other wagering products offered through the fi99 Platform.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which fi99 Accounts are denominated.

Eligibility & Registration

The fi99 Platform is intended solely for adult players who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fi99 strictly enforces a minimum age policy of 21+ for all registered players. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register an account on the fi99 Platform.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or self-exclusion arrangement that restricts your participation in online gambling activities.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of fi99 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must register only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and mobile number. fi99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a national ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities and, ultimately, account closure.

fi99 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it believes that allowing the account to operate would be contrary to these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of the fi99 Platform.

Account Responsibility

Each Player is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their fi99 Login credentials, including their username and password. You must select a strong, unique password for your fi99 Account and must not share it with any third party under any circumstances. fi99 will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fi99 immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. fi99 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your Account but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take adequate precautions to protect their credentials.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their Account details — including contact email address and mobile number — remain accurate and up to date at all times. fi99 will use the contact details on file to communicate important account-related information, including verification requests, withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming notifications.

fi99 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in a manner that violates these Terms, including but not limited to suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

fi99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method, which are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. fi99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which fi99 accepts no responsibility.

Deposit transactions are typically credited to your fi99 Account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. In the event of a delay, you should contact fi99 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. fi99 reserves the right to request identity verification and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted without satisfactory verification on file may be held pending document review. fi99 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

fi99 reserves the right to reverse any transaction that it believes to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these Terms. Players who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or mobile financial service provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through fi99 support may have their Account suspended and any pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

fi99 may offer promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or the ICC T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotional page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all fi99 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may not be transferable and may carry game-specific restrictions (e.g., some bonuses may only be valid on slots or only on sports betting markets).
• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• fi99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that it will honour existing qualifying bonus balances already issued to players.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, exploitation of system errors, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit, or any other form of fraudulent play — will have all bonus funds and derived winnings forfeited and their Account suspended.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the fi99 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, or any other wagering product — are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. fi99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where provided for in the specific rules of the relevant game or market.

fi99 sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are subject to the specific rules published for each market type. In the event of a discrepancy between the display of odds and the actual applicable odds at the time a bet is struck, the odds that were active at the moment of bet confirmation govern. fi99 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error or data feed failure has resulted in materially incorrect odds being displayed.

All casino games on the fi99 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, operate under the supervision of trained human dealers broadcast via live video stream. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. fi99 does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to fair play.

fi99 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on any game or betting market. Where a Player's winnings from a single bet, game round, or connected series of bets exceed the applicable maximum win limit, fi99 will pay the maximum win limit amount and void the excess. Maximum win limits are stated in the relevant game or market rules where applicable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fi99 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended and may have their funds frozen pending investigation:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification; impersonating another person; using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Money laundering: Using the fi99 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity; using fi99 as a currency exchange mechanism without genuine wagering intent.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; deliberately exploiting loopholes in promotion terms; participating in coordinated bonus farming activities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the Platform in any way not sanctioned by fi99.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, sports betting, or any other fi99 product.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with the intent of retaining both the deposit amount and associated winnings.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to obtain funds or winnings to which you are not entitled. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided at fi99's discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fi99 Platform — including but not limited to the fi99 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fi99 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fi99 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the fi99 Platform without fi99's prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any ownership rights in any fi99 intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by fi99 and its licensors.

Privacy & Data

fi99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

fi99 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services is limited to the minimum necessary to fulfil those specific functions and is governed by confidentiality agreements with each third-party provider.

Responsible Gaming

fi99 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fi99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond fi99's reasonable control (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fi99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by fi99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

fi99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fi99 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to the address on file. The effective date of any updated Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the fi99 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming services in the jurisdiction in which fi99 is incorporated. fi99 operates in compliance with applicable laws and does not make representations about the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction outside of the territories it is licensed or permitted to serve.

Players are responsible for determining whether accessing and using fi99 is lawful in their jurisdiction. fi99 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
